I had local net in Arizona and called twice in April to cancel, I am an old women, they said I had to write a letter to cancel, why? We just call to start it up. I called and was treated very rudely, why are you still charging me 58.00 on my bill. I said, how can you charge for something I haven't used. I moved to Washington state with daughter and use Comcast, he said we don't check to see if people are using it. What kind of business is this?
