Oct. sent letter to cancel. Still charging my account in January. Called and was told they got the letter and would cancel. April - still being charged

Oct. 2009 sent a letter to cancel membership.in January bank acct. Still being drafted AND a yearly renewal fee was also drafted. Called and was told they got my letter and they would take care of it.

Now, in April my account is still being drafted. Called yesterday and they verified that they got my October letter, BUT would not cancel membership because they did not receive it by Certified Mail! No courtesy call when they got the letter... This is just plain BAD BUSINESS. They may have cheap memberships, but just try to cancel!

I will tell eveyone I know about their shady practices!
