$200.00 rebate ripoff scam

Signed up for Comcast Cable Triple Play in 04/09 and was suppose to get a $200 rebate after a 90 day probation period. As of this date 01/26/10 I still haven't received it. I have called customer service over 20 times and have gotten every excuse in the book... Since I wasn't sent a contract which took another 3 phone calls to get one, I returned it and then had to wait another 90 day probation period after they received it... I have filled out all the redemption paper work twice and still nothing... I was suppose to get a call back from an account specialist three weeks ago and still nothing. Was told to go to my local office that they had more information then the customer service center and they could help me... I went to my local office today and SURPRICE! They can't help me and they don't know why I was sent there. They did give me a website to submit my rebate info to and that A LOT of people haven't received their rebates and once I submit my info to the web site, comcast.com/agreement, I would get my rebate in 4 - 6 weeks. Well I already submitted my info to that website back in 08/09 and I also sent a hard copy to the comcast redemption... So now what? What hoop will they make me jump through next. And why is it, as the woman stated at the local office, that a lot of people haven't received their rebates. How are they getting away with this? I have written to the investigators at our local news station, and am going to write to BBB next in hopes to cause such a stink about what their doing and how their ripping off consumers
