Ordered Purasilk on a 14 day trial for 3.95 I received my package and called to cancel any further shipments telling the customer service rep. Named Stephanie that I wanted to cancel any further shipments but will keep the jar I rec'd for the 3.95. She said ok will cancel two days later my account was charged 97.00. I called customer service and was told the 97.00 was for the original jar??? The customer service reps debate/argue with you on the phone and don't want to let u talk to a supervisor... I had to call back and lie to get a supervisor on the phone... The supervisor named Jordan (female) said they would listen to my taped conversation with the rep and make a decision. She told me to call back in the afternoon called back and got the same run around... Rep would'nt let me speak back to the supervisor... 1st said she was gone for the day then said she was not available... The way they do business is scandalous and they need to be stopped... They wont give any coorporate information either for u to file a formal complaint... At this point I dont know where this stands but they're not going to get away with this not with me they are gonna give me my money back because I'm not going to stop until they do!!!
