Xlibris and I entered into a Book Trailer contract. This was to include a Critique and Synopsis. I did not get a critique, and the synopsis was so bad that it was obvious nobody read my book. Everything was vague, there was nothing in the synopsis and book trailer that was about my memoirs. The cost was $1600 for this contract, and the work they performed was as if they were all 3rd graders in school: Very non-professional work; the marketing department was all hard to understand oriental people that obviously did not think or reason or understand my being a woman raised in America. I don't know where these people came from and that is not my concern. I requested them to do my synopsis over because it 'stunk.' And the book trailer was boring, and would never do what its intention is, which is to get attention of people that make movies and are looking for a good book trailer of interest. Xlibris has failed their contract.
