My complaint sounds the same as all the others. I paid for my order on June 25th and still have not received my purchase! I've emailed and called but I continue to get automated emails and the customer service number is disconnected. I am so frustrated and I can't believe I have found all these other complaints! I just want my money back! Order # 8612601
