ISSUANCES OFFICE This was my second notice, therefore I checked it out

This was my second letter, therefore I considered that it might be ligit. So I checked it out only to confirm my suspicions. Yes indeed, it is an old fraud. First of all doesn't it become a matter for the U.S. Postal Service when there is money involved, money for a fraudulant prize? The address is new, perhaps they were forced to get a new Post Office Box.

My advise is to always check it out before you send anyone money.
