Exactly the same as Twila's report statement from 2006 the same criminals are once again in action.
I too received a letter in the mail stating that I won 1,400, 000.00 and they need a 19.99 report fee in order for them to process my winnings. There is no phone number, or contact info any where on the form other than a post office box address.

Warning!!! Do any payment. The Westbury police department should have the US Post Office immediatley notify them when this PO Box is accessed so the criminals can be incarcerated, confiscate their car, house and anything of value to pay back any persons that fell this scam.
