Robert Richards/Prize Announcer i was informed by an official looking letter that I was the "winner of $1,400, 000.00" I was to "send $19.99" for the "Award Payment Data Release fee

I received an official looking envelope with a letter inside which professionally told me I had won $1,400, 000.00.in order to receive this money, I had to send Robert Richards/Prize Announcer, $19.99. I immediately got on the "Ripoff" site and found that this scam had been reported many times. Thanks, so much, complaint. I'm so glad you are on the Internet.
