Went to site to look at loans, on the first page it clearly states on up front fees. Completed form, (unforunately with card deatils)... Received an email back next day with a password, went to site... A page displays 3 loan companies. Which you can find on google on page one of any search in uk (did not apply to any)
Next thing I know is a mobile phone call stating that power-loans have taken out £67.59, which I did not authorise. Rang them twice, no great deal there... Would not say much, 1 said he was the reseptionist, the other says send us letters, On looking at the terms and conditions hidden there is a memberships charge of £67,59 and they can collect further payments unless you write to them.? A bit like their office staff put out to tender to another company.
