I applied for a free trial of a juvenue product. The product duly arrived and the amount stated was deducted from my credit card. Two weeks later I found that the $ 84.71 had also been deducted. Nowhere did it warn you to see terms and conditions in fact they were very hard to locate.
This advertising was totally misleading, apparently if you did nothing you were then charged full price for the product on an ongoing basis.
Even when you finally located the terms an conditions this was unclear.
I contacted the company with difficulty and was told that i was at fault. They finally agreed to refund a small part of the money and did so.
I have since changed my credit card. Not at all happy.
