ACAI Resolution
I sent for a free trial, and nothing in their ad said they would start sending the product monthly and hit my credit card unless I called to stop it. I checked very closely first. Now, I can not find a phone number, web site or any way to contact them to stop. I did send an e-mail for information about returning the product that was never returned.
In the meantime, I have received not only the free trial but also four additional bottles in which my credit card has been charged for all. I have had to close out my card because of these crooks. Nothing that I saw in the original order for a free trial stated that I would automatically be charged.
Today, I did research in fine print at the bottom of their website under Terms and Conditions and discovered that once my credit card was charged for a product that I would not be able to return any of the product. Each additional bottle was $43.97 according to terms and conditions. I called the company and they said I should have read the Terms and Conditions on their website www.acairesolution.com.
My loss I guess. Why all the mystery of putting in fine print at the bottom of their website. Why was this not noted very clearly when the original order for a free trial was issued. Big scam.
