Poor customer service provided by short sighted staff

I have very different experiences when testing out Fry’s “price matching” policy.
The staff in Campbell’s computer dept were attentive and knowledgeable. Jorge Angulo and Tri Nguyen went above and beyond the call of duty to provide great customer service.
The computer dept staff in Sunnyvale was the exact opposite. Brian Mack and Trish Ou were rude and belligerent.
Bottom line – I will not shop at Fry’s and will be sure to tell others about my experience.
Not only did Fry’s lose a computer sale, Fry’s also has lost future sales.
