Called and cancelled my continuing order - they billed my cr cd and would not issue a credit - after much discussion did agree to give me a 50% credit -

I feel that they do give false advertising that you can cancel and get a refund - also if the product does not work they do not guarantee any reimbursment - they say that everyone is different and if it does not work for you than too bad
