I joined sky broad band and talk talk recently and i saw an offer for sky talk unlimited 20 international numbers for an extra 5 pound a month so i took the offer, when i received the service i called up to register the 20 numbers that i needed to call and the customer services rep said i did not have to, saturday the 10th of september i tried using my line and the service was restricted so i called sky up to ask what the problem was and to my astonishment i was told that i had a bill of 188 pounds to pay before they could activate the line, i told them that i had unlimited international calls to 20 numbers but they said i had unlimited international calls to 20 popular destinations, i then explained that the only reason i took the package is because it said unlimited calls to 20 numbers and not 20 popular destinations, the advisor then said that was not true to which i replied and said i only call nigeria and lebanon and that if i had known that these two countries were not part of the deal i would not have paid the money for that service, i then said no one told me that to which the advisor said we do not usually tell clients every detail of the contract because it would take too long, i really want an investigation done and i would like to get out of the contract am in because i feel i was seriously mis sold this product and if i had known the details of the package i would have never taken it. Please help!!!
