I got a notice from my bank in the mail saying that I had an overdraft fee, and that $30 had been taken out of my account. I was appalled. I knew I didnt have the money in my account to cover that $30, so i was stuck paying a $35 overdraft fee. Which comes out to $65 I was confused on how or when the money was taken out. So i went to my bank, and the lady pulled up the debit page and all it had on there was "Insufficient Funds" I was sooo upset. The lady called someone to find out who took the money out, and the lady she called gave her this company name and the number. So I called it. I dont remember who i spoke with because it was hard to understand the man. It took me almost 30 minutes to get it through to him that I did not sign up for this and I wanted my money back, The guy kept asking for more information, like phone number and bank account and address, and when i refused to give it to the guy he got really irate with me and was very rude. I told him I wanted to talk to whoever was in charge and he gave me this phone number that turned out to be a fax line. I am still very upset about this. I would never put my bank account or card information on the internet, so I have no idea how they got it.
