On march 22nd i called my account and my balance was negitive 102.00 i called customer service to my bank and they gave me the number to this company. I called and spoke with a lady and asked how they got my account information. She had told me i signed and application for coupons. What no i didnt. So she so called cancalled my account with them and gave me a case number. She has told me to go to [email protected] and file a report with my name. Address, phone number, and the case number she gave me and thats how i ended up here.in the mean time they filed a dispute with them. Not to mentioned this is the second time that this has happened on my account with this company causing me overdraft fees too..
