I ended my service and should have recieved a refund check. After talking to a wide array of people i still did not recieve my refund. I was told by one employee "I have been her for... Years and i have never heard of a refund check being issued." This resulted in a 3 hour phone coversation. I am still recieving unknown calls from comcast and no one has been able to help me with any problems. I feel that there is a laps in protocall and a wide range of ill trained staff. The customer comes first. I have never left comments before about a company online but i feel that maybe this will help vent my frustration. The economy is horrible and companies should be empathetic to the customers needs.
