Received an email from what I believed was a good friend recommending I purchase a diet med that had worked for her. Turns out someone had gained access to her email contact list and sent a fraudulent email solicitation. I contacted the legitimate company distributing this product; they informed me, in writing, that they never rec'd an order from me, nor was the original email issued from their company. I immediately spoke with the fraud dept. Of my Visa card, two phone calls in fact, and was told by Visa that they had no telephone number or address for this "CACHOO EU". Also, that I would have to wait four days to file a complaint as the charge was at that moment only pending. I plan on contacting the Attorney General's office of my state to file a complaint. I also will be closing out this current credit card.
