My visa acct was debited $78.90 on August 15, I didnot order any product... I had ordered a free sample (credit card given to pay postage), but rcvd. A email saying i was getting my order, I immediately emailed them and said I didnt order and didnt want. It still arrived, I gave it immediately back to Postman, not opened, yet when my statement arrived yesterday, there was this charge. This is just plain stealing, and you cant get thru on the phone, never got off hold... Im going now to fill out form and cancel my visa and get new one. I see that others have had same thing happen, is there no way to punish these people??
