I ordered two dresses from Wet Seal.com in February. When they arrived, I tried them on and didnt like them so, as per their return policy, I called, got a return authorization number, filled out the form, paid for postage and sent them BOTH back in the SAME package they arrived in. It cost $8.70 just for shipping. A few days later, I got an email saying one of the dresses was credited to my Visa. I immediately called to ask why I didnt get credit for the second dress, and they tell me they will give me credit. Next thing I know, I receive a gift card for the amount. I call and ask why I am now receiving a gift card, and I am told that it is after the 21 return policy. The dresses were sent back at the same time, it is THEIR FAULT that they didnt give me credit until after the 21 days not my fault! I asked the girl if I could send the card back and get that credited to my Visa and she said yes, I got another return authorization number, paid for postage again, and sent back the card.

They received the card on March 20 and I have never gotten ANY notification from them whatsoever and still have not received credit. I have called once a week and everytime I am assured that it will be taken care of and they will follow-up with me and then I never hear anything again. Everytime I call, the supervisor is "unavailable" or "not here today", no matter what day or time I call. SO now I have no dress, no credit back AND no gift card.
