Ordered a trial product for $5.95. Still did not receive the product for 2 weeks but noticed $92.00 charge on my Visa card. Called the company and was told because I didn't call to cancel the membership within 14 days of ordering the trial, I was automatically signed up for the membership... Therefore looking at a monthly charge of $92.00! I cancelled the membership at that time and was told no further charges would be made and that I can return the product for my refund. Still have not received the product.
