I ordered the product and never received it. Charges were taken out of my account and when I called they told me that I had not cancelled my membership and the money would not be returned. I told them I had not received my product and they gave me a shipment date I told them again I did not receive anything and they told me they were not going to ship another product and my membership would be cancled. I asked about a refund and was told I would not get one because I didn't cancel my membership. How could i cancel my membership when I never received anything to begin with. I have tried to contact them again over the last year and I can't reach anyone by phone or email.
