I signed up for a free trial of their Hydroderm product. When their product arrived, I read the accompanying receipt which mentioned this "membership" for a monthly supply of their product to come automatically, at a cost of $50 (appx) plus shipping and handling. Cancellation of this membership was supposed to be simple, but I was on their website for more than an hour altogether and you cannot cancel your membership no matter what you do.
I sent them two e-mails which were neither acknowledged or picked up (because I put a "Return Receipt" on it). I called them and after pushing many auto prompt choices and being on hold for nearly 10 minutes finally got a human customer service rep, who tried to explain their return policy. I told him their product would not be accepted and I had no intention of paying for it. I immediately called my credit card company and filed a complaint against Hydroderm with them. They will be investigating. This company is a sham!
