In april my husband and i signed up for aflac insurance.in july we realized our small business can no longer afford to pay for it and in early august i sent an email to my representative to cancel the policy. I spoke directly with him a week later and reiterated my desire to cancel the policy. I sent him an email a week after that to verify that the policy needed to be cancelled. Then yesterday the payment was taken out of our bank account, putting us in the hole and resulting in a bank overdraft charge. I called aflac and they said no cancellation had ever been processed. I called my rep and he told me to call someone else. Aflac is now telling me they cannot reimburse me today.
