Money Taken From Account Without Authorization After TV Questions

I recently asked a few questions about my new tv. I received a few average answers (to say the least). This happened a month ago yesterday I found they had taken money out of my account. I did not authorize this or ask any new questions. Why was this money taken out of my account. Why?
