I signed up for unlimited subscription which means you can ask as many questions for one price. I started asking questions; the unlimited subscription was revoked (I did not know) and every time I would ask an additional question to the original question I would get charge again as if it were a new question.
I did n't realize that JustAnswer was not honoring my unlimited subscription nor did I think they were charging me questions that should be free.
