I purchased the magic Jack to use on my computer. I plugged it in and it worked up till the second week after the 30 day free trial. I have contacted magic jack on 10 occassions and have tried everything that technical suport asked me to do and and nothing has worked. I have spent over 20 hours with there tec. Suport and they have told me they sent it to the engineers twice with no reply from them. I got this for my work and sence it stopped it has cost me much money and frustration. I would like my money back so that I can get something else. I am on a limited income and need to get service.
