I am looking to rent a place and i saw the ad on one of the real estate site and saw this place. The owner claim she need to leave the country in a rush so she bought the keys with her to Italy. Because we did not go through a real estate agent and she told me she will send the keys and contract to me through FCS delivery express company and once i get the keys and inspected the property then she will keep the money (deposite) i sent to her through money gram to the FCS agent. After i sent them the money then they gave me the tracking number for the parcel. But not long after FCS company sent me another email saying that the parcel has arrive Australia but for security reason they will need a second payment same amount as the first time and when they will deliver the parcel to where im living and the second payment will also be given back to me. After i did the second payment and inform FCS and also the owner they stop replying my email and i never get the parcel. But before the second payment was done they reply my email very quick. I really dont know what to do now as this is the first time happen to me.
