Thought they were ok... But one was assigned to our business. Suddenly they stopped working. I could no longer forward the number and get the calls and it told people the number was nonworking. I did not know this until people started complaining. I just cancelled one all together and then begged with them to fix a second which also did not work. They said they would after about 6 hours on tech support. Never got fixed... They blamed others. Ultimately had paid IN ADVANCE for 5 years. No refund on pd in advance years... Beware. Then... When i went to port the phone number because it was linked to my business... They CHARGED ME$30 AND did NOT refund prepaid years or credit the account. I thought this was great at first... And it worked fine at first... But the ETHICS behind the company are VERY POOR. To double punish people and basically steal their money (without upfront disclosure)... Is wrong. MAJOR companies like TARGET and Walmart should NOT be putting their nameto this.
