I paid for 5 years of service up front. I was assigned a number here in Washington state 253-719-XXXX (blanked for privacy in case I get it back) which worked fine for the first year. Now, in my second year, when I plug in my magic jack it wants me to complete the registraion process all over again and choose a new state for my phone number. My state, Washington, is not listed. How can my number no longer be viable? I could understand if they no longer provided new numbers in an area but I already had mine well established. A number based out of another state should theoretically still reach me here but it means that anyone who calls me locally is calling long distance. This sucks and I would like the situation fixed or a refund of my fees.
