I deposited $ 11000.00 with Maya Medspa, 251 East Dundee Road
Wheeling, IL 60090 (847) 229-9944 for laser hair removal in April and started the treatment with them. This payment was for hair removal treatment valid for 2 years. I went for two appointments to their office and was told I could continue with the treatment in August after I came back from my Vacation. I went out of country for the summer (June 8th through August 21st. I tried contacting the company today, August 30, to confirm my appointment and was told that the phone is no longer in service! When I checked their website I realised that the owner has run away with people's money including mine! The office is closed and the phone has been discontinued!
