I returned the product with a authroized return # on 27 April with a USPS confirmation receipt.in Jun I spoke to Steve about the refund. I was told, It is coming in 6-8 week. If I don't get the check I was to email Lauren. I emailed her on aug 12. Of course I have heard nothing and probaly never will. They are nothing but thieves.
