My bank account was charged on 4-11 79.99 two times one 4-21 79.99 two times and on 5-31 79.99 one time. I first wrote them an email telling them I did not want thier product shortly after the charge on 4-11, then on 5-6 I called them and was given an RMA number for a refund, the product was mailed back to them the same day. They then charged my account on 5-31 so, I got another RMA number and shipped the product back to them on 6-8. They left me on hold for 40 minutes today when I called and then the phone went dead. Some one has to stop this company from scamming people. I live on a fixed income and this really hurts. I do not know how to make them give me my refund.
