I ordered this product on March 22 and was billed on April 3rd. I returned the product in which I only used about 8 pills. Leanspa said that they needed to receive the product by May 3, and that the product was received on May 5th. I called customer service for my refund, sent e-mails and called numerous times before I finally spoke with someone - July 27. He said according to the terms and conditions, they received my return 2 days late so I was not due a refund even though they debited my account 2 days early thus, violating their own terms and conditions. I asked them to send me the product back since I had paid for it and their response was that the warehouse could not ship out the order without a order request.
