My husband and I each purchased a Verizon product with a $50.00 rebate. After spending a great amount of time filling out forms, cutting the ends off boxes and putting two packages together, we received a postcard indicating that the end of the box with the UPC was not included. These packages were checked by two people prior to mailing to confirm the contents. After calling the 800 number on the post card, we were told we would NOT receive the rebate since they had "lost it" while opening the package.
