My husband purchased at least six cell phones within a year from Verizon Wireless stores. Two of them he did in July required us to submit a rebate form to a PO Box. I helped him sending in all required documents by deadline and was told they have been lost in mails. I submitted again about a month ago to resubmission center but found no luck. I lost my trust and patience with Verizon Wireless and would definitely tell all his business partners and our friends not to trust any of the rebate offers from Verizon Wireless again.
