We were requested to mail in a rebate form for 2 cell phones purchased in July. Forms were submitted along with required documents by deadline. When I was not able to locate the status online, I thought they may have lost in mail and resubmitted again to their resubmission center. Unfortunately, I was told by a rep named Robert that they have lost in mail again. I have lost my patience and trust within the company. The "supervisor" on duty (800-457-0864) had a kind of "Can't Do" attitude before I even started my inquiry. I will definitely recommend all my family, friends and my husband's business partners not to purchase anything with rebate from verizon wireless again.
