Can't Buy/Pending Charge on my Bank Account

I went to the online website of bon-ton and try to purchase some item that was on the yellow dot clearance. Everything was fine until I got to the check out where I tried to confirm payment. A message of error would appear and said that there was something wrong with the information that I given and I should call a customer service for help. I did just that but no one answer because it was after their hourly office time. Therefore I tried to fix the error I went back to my online shopping car and found out that some of the item was out off stock so I removed it and confirm payment again. However the messages appeared again so I though there must something wrong with my credit card information, so I retyped my credit card info again and clicked confirm and message appeared again, this happen couple more time before I give up and wasted a couple of hours.

I was very angry at this kind service and never get to purchase anything. I checked my bank account the next day and I saw that I have 7 pending charged form bonton of around $270. I called in and asked for help and they said waited because it will go away by it self. The next day the pending charges actually took money away from my bank account balance and I just wrote a check to pay my rent. I am worrying that my check will bounce so I called the customer service again for help and they said they can't do anything for but told me to wait. I very angry at the horrible service that bon-ton has given me so far and I have none of this would happen to anyone else.
