Ordered on line expecting to buy one get one free at $19.99. After filling out online form, no opportunity was given to review the order before it was placed. When I received confirmation that the order totaled $79.78, I called the company to cancel. They said is was "in processing" and couldn't be accessed to cancel, but that a "hold " would be placed on the order until the next day when I could call back and correct it. Call back was unanswered. Tried again today and was told that the order was already processed for shipment and could not be canceled. The customer service rep offered several unacceptable fixes, issued me a return authorization number but told me I was still liable for the shipping charge of about $40.00. I called my credit card company to dispute. The charge had not yet been submitted so they couldn't help me, but have said that they will handle the disputed charge with the company.
