I had the same experience as the rest. I went to place my order on-line and when I got to the check-out it gave me the option of upgrading to the glass version. I clicked yes, and didn't get the option to even review my order. Before I knew it, I had been charge almost $60 for 3 lanterns when I only ordered 2. I immediately called the customer service line and talked to a representative. She assured me that she would cancel that order and place the correct one. IT took 72 hours before I could see my order and it said both were in process of being shipped, and the first order had not been cancelled. So I had my husband call and they said they couldn't cancel them because they were already being processed but gave him a RMA# to ship it back. Now I know I will get hosed out of the shipping charge and have to pay to have it shipped back. Had I read up on this before I placed my order and not been hasty due to the pending hurricane I would not have placed my order on-line. Ugh. My husband did report them to the BBB in NJ. Perhaps you should too.
