I was given a price on a car by the salesman and then when I went to meet with the finance manager he quoted me over a $1500 less for my trade than what the salesman told me, even after he spoke to his manager. I gave the finance manager the correct price and I saw him change it in the system. Then I financed the new car. I got home and started to do the math realizing that something was off about the numbers and when I called then for an itemized explanation of fees and additional charges they refused to call me back. I am entitled to know what they charged me for and they are refusing to acknowledge my complaint. On top of that, the car I purchased is now making noise everytime I turn a corner. This place is horrible, I am in the process of filing a complaint with Nissan if I do not get an explanation for this. They are scam artist and I do not want anyone else to have to be put through this type of mess. They do not use ethical practices and they have you waiting for hours. I believe that this is part of their strategy.
