I have been a faithful customer of metro for 2yrs. I lost a phone in a fire and went to buy a new one with the same number and records showed i had not payed for 2months. As reported by the metropcs empoyee my debit card payments had been returned to the card holder. I never payed with a debit card and didnt have enough to pay for 2months at 50$ a month. I had to get a whole new account and phone at a cheaper cost and was also told i couldnt activate it myself and that is untrue they just wanted more money. Also the store sells defective phones for discount but nothing advertising that.
