Metro PCS is a scam. They sell cheap and defective phones. They make u pay for replacement phones even after your phone stop working for no reason! To do business with Metro PCS is like dealing with a scam artist. The customer will lose every time! They don't care if you're inconvenienced, but want you to pay on time. I have bought (2) phones and they both stop working! But because it was after to 30 day in store warranty, I have to go without a phone, after I paid for 2 phones in less then 1 year! This was the worse decision I have ever made in my entire life!!!
