I have dealt with this company since 2002. I was paying ok for a long time like a year until I noticed they strangely began to take money out of my bank account twice or more back last year. When I called to find out why they did this they had absolutely no explanation for why except to call my bank. I did and of course the bank could not explain to me. This was one glitch I will not forget they put me in the negative on my bank account for taking out money more often than they should have but when I called the woman that spoke to me was a nasty person. I told her I couldn't tell if she was having a bad day but I was just trying to find out about my account. She said to me "everytime I start to say something to you you start talking". I said oh sorry go ahead, mind you yes this was unprofessional. So I let her finish then she asked me if she could take the money out of a credit card I said no I will let this go and pay thru the account. So I asked for an extension they said they could give 4 days. I said ok. This was over the Christmas season and this made me very nervous mind you for the nastiness was uncalled for so I complained to the corporate office and got a call back apologizing. When I did call back to make sure my account was ok they said it was paid for. I said no way this is confusing me I'm ready to pay you and by miracle it's paid for. Then they once again took money out after the phone call again putting me in arrears. Then I changed the payment method to debit card. That took more days than it should to get corrected. They then made another mistake taking the money out on a day that was not in my contract. When I called to find out why the manager said it had to do with the person that logged in the paperwork. I said that's ridiculous. To bring it up to date my payment date is on the 14th of the month. They take out the money the day before if it happens on a weekend. I reported this to the FTC twice but have not heard anything and don't know what they are doing regarding this company. Now that I see all these complaints I am contacting the FTC again and then might have to get a lawyer now to get out of this contract.
