They breached my rental contract by not refunding my security deposit or providing an itemized accounting, within the 30 day state guidelines.
The law states that if they fail to do so, they must refund the entire amount, regardless of the condition of the property. It has been 34 days and I still have not received anything.
I have had to file reports with the Better Business Bureau and the Board of Realtors. I will need to retain an Attorney and sue through Small Claims Court
