Approximately 1000 minutes disappeared from my cell phone. Have called Tracfone repeatedly. Have spent hours on the phone, been disconnected, put back on hold for next available rep, etc. No explanation. They finally agreed to credit me back 320 minutes because this is all they could verify. They still cannot tell me why this happened in the first place. I feel that they should credit the full 1000 minutes (I believe it was more than that) plus give me some extra time for my trouble.

I've had Tracfone for years and it used to be a good deal. The price was right, the product was decent and customer service was passable. Customer service is impossible now. This is the 4th problem I've had in last 3-4 months. I've made numerous calls, sent e-mails, and spent many hours resolving issues. I used to recommend Tracfone to friends but will not do so now.By the way, Straight Talk and Net 10 are all the same operation as Tracfone, so you get the same kind of problems.
