I purchased a new battery from this entity on 7/13 and they refused to give me a new one. I made several trips since (about 5-6 times), and each time I was told a different story, i.E., it was the alternator, there was a loose cable, it could be a switch in the ignition. The supervisor was not there when I supposedly received a second battery, which was a complete lie. I continued to have "electrical" problems with the car, so I purchased another battery from the Auto Club South in So. St. Petersburg and the car seems to be working fine. I would like my $129.99 back and for Sears to be reported to the Better Business Business and to be reported to the State of Florida. I do not think consumers should pay the price for entities that lie and cheat the general public. Thank you very much. (Personal Information Removed)
