In September of I hired MoMax to remodel my back porch. Since then the NEW rear windows leak, (I fill up a GARBAGE CONTAINER FULL of water EVERY time it rains) the insulation is soaked and needs to be replaced, the walls are covered in mold, the roof is stained with water, the doors don't close properly and the floor is not level.
I have called MoMax EVERY DAY for nine weeks straight and have never gotten ONE call back from ANYone.
In the previous message, Fred Resnick the OWNER of MoMax attributes that complaint to an ex-employee. How badly does he treat his employees to make them that angry?
No one onsite at my project spoke English. They arrived in an unmarked van, left debris all over the sidewalk and I had to repaint the window sashes because of the mess left behind.
If I save just ONE person from the aggrivation and turmoil this shaddy, secretive company produces, I will feel vindicated. The BBB is not always a good barometer of solid business practices.
This is a lame company which does shoddy work, and does nothing to make it right.
If you need quality work done to your house, look elswhere.
