I rented from Mary Beth for 6 months and before I could move in, I was the one who had to clean out the apartment that was beyond filth. I almost didnt take the apartment, but, was afraid I wouldnt find anything else fairly soon.
About a week after I moved in I asked her if she would get some smoke alarms for the place and take the garbage that was left behind, to my surprise I was told no. I found pot plants all over the apartment, caught my landlords husband smoking pot in front of my stairwell, and put up with their non stop fighting.
Well if that isnt enough my landlords daughter would burn my notes off my door, they would take my mail if I wasnt home, go in my apartment when I was gone. If I didnt come right back Mary Beth would call me at work the next morning to see where I was.
Her daughter almost broke 3 of my windows and I was told that if her daughter broke the windows I would have to pay for them. As time passed on I decided to move out since the biulding was not safe and was very tipsy - no wonder Don Donah sold it!
When I moved out I was giving a hard time and was refused my belonings. If anyone where smart htey wouldnt make the bad choices I made. Do not rent from Mary Beth: she is nothing but aa fat lazy old bitch looking for a way to easy money!
